As we head into the fall season, the excitement of the changing leaves and bounty of Thanksgiving can sometimes distract us from the inevitable challenges our immune systems will be facing as a result of the changing weather and arrival of the new cold and flu season.

Much of the messaging at this time focusses on nutrients such as vitamin C, zinc, etc., more recently vitamin D, which are all important and can be helpful in minimizing the severity and duration of colds and flus.  However, something that doesn’t receive the attention that it should, is a high quality, potent, multi vitamin mineral supplement.
