Healthy Fudgey Brownies

2 ripe bananas

1 cup natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)

1/3 cup maple syrup

3 TBSP cocoa powder

1 Scoop Younited All-In-One Chocolate Plant Protein

1 flax egg (mix 1 TBSP ground flax + 3 TBSP water in a bowl) or 1 egg

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking powder
-
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Pinch of sea salt
Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 F and line a square baking dish with parchment

Make the flax egg and put in fridge to set for 10 minutes (or just use an egg)

In a large bowl, mash the banana and add in the rest of the ingredients, mixing well. Don't forget the flax egg!

Pour into the lined baking dish, sprinkle a few more chocolate chips on top (optional) and bake for 35 minutes or so - maybe longer depending on your oven.

Allow to cool completely before cutting - they are gooey!

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
